Mika at Kota Kasablanka

One of my friends said that Kota Kasablanka is my second home. I often go to Kota Kasablanka since it is located very near from my home. Only 2kms, so sometimes I take a walk after hanging out there.

Mika, one of restaurants there, has caught my eyes since I saw it at the first time. Mika, Japanese Bistro, has elegant look, a bit vintage, and very attractive. I love the furniture and the ambience. I even got first love at the first sight with Mika. Finally got the chance eating there only 2 days ago. I went there with my mom.

I ordered Demiglace Omurice, since it is Mika's specialty, and a glass of drink called Mango Saga. My mom ordered Potato Wedges, Lychee Breeze , and for the dessert: Chocomelt cake.

So here it is!

Demi-glace Omurice

Honestly, when I opened the menu, I expected Mika has curry rice. Didn't find what I wanted, I suddenly interested with omurice. In top of the page, written: House Specialties. OK, though it is ONLY rice with omelette. But what I got! Maximum delicious tomato friend rice with demiglace sauce plus creamy omelette at the top. Very good... I love Mika's omurice!

Mango Saga

What I hate with Mika is that Mika has many interesting drink menu. Made me a bit confused what I wanted to order! At first I want to try the cocktail, sake mixed with syrup or kind of it. But then I chose Mango Saga. It is mixture of milk, vanilla ice cream, and mango. I like it very much. I thought it would be very creamy, but no, it is only slight creamy and the taste of mango not so heavy, and not too sweet. I just like it.

Chocomelt Cake

The cake maybe not so different lah with chocomelt cake in other shops. But Mika serves the chocomelt in a smaller size of cake the usual. I think it makes Mika's chocomelt more delicious than others, hahaha. The vanilla ice cream very tasty. I can see the black dot, the TRUE vanilla. And oh my God, I just couldn't describe how does it taste sih. But yeaaah, I love itttt!!!

Besides the food, I really love the service. I mean we didn't have to call the waiters many times and they're very friendly. Plus, we didn't have to wait the food for a long time. One thing that made me  a bit annoyed, there was a boy playing with the properties, cooking pans, and very noisy. Fortunately and quickly, one of the waiters gave him paper and pen so the boy switched his toy from cooking pan to drawing.

Surely, I'll go to Mika again. Soon. ^^
